This qualification reflects the role of commercial cooks who use a wide range of well-developed cookery skills and a sound knowledge of kitchen operations to prepare food and menu items. Using discretion and judgement, they work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans policies and procedures to guide work activities.
This qualification provides a pathway to work as a commercial cook/chef in organizations such as restaurants, hotels clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.

  • Those who want to migrate to Australia,Canada,American/European Cruise ships after having 3 or 4-years of working experience in the Middle East countries.

       ADMISSION Requirements:
  • +2 pass or fail (from any stream) but should have good English communication skills. 
  • Should be above 18 years of age.

  • Should have passion for career.
  • Willing to learn new things for the profession.

This qualification reflects the role of pastry chefs who use a wide range of well-developed patisserie skills and a sound knowledge of kitchen operations to produce patisserie products. Using discretion and judgement, they work with some independence and under limited supervision using plans, policies and procedures to guide work activities.
This qualification provides a pathway to work in various organizations where patisserie products are prepared and served including patissieries, restaurants, hotels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops.

This  Diploma in Hotel Management program is specially designed for those students who are willing to quickly start their career in Hospitality Industry . This Program will help the students especially who could not clear +2 but still want to do HM course.

This qualification provides a pathway to work in any hospitality industry sector as a departmental or small business manager. This course is ideal for students who are planning to move to Australia for their further education.
